How to pick a lane
Pick the job you could deliver tomorrow with what you already know. Editors gravitate to jobs 1 through 4, community managers to 5 through 7, anyone with a spreadsheet habit to 8 through 10, and front-end tinkerers to 11 and 12. Build one, put it on your Conductor profile with a short demo video, and the next creator who needs it will find you.
Pricing your first few
Price the first job at the low end of its range and deliver over-communicatively: a progress message every day, a short Loom of the working tool, and a written handover. Your rating is the asset. Where the creators are
